Nearly everybody knows El Chiringuito in Es Cavallet - but do you already know "little" Chiringuito?

"Little" Chiringuito is the place for El Chiringuito's little guests within the über cool beach club, which has been completely renovated in 2009. With a multi lingual entertainer children can enjoy the great beach toys "little" Chiringuito has to offer as well as weekly changing creative activities. The service is offered throughout the season on Wednesdays and Saturdays from lunch time until the early evening hours.

So why not start the day here with breakfast already? The scenery with views to Formentera and Dalt Vila, the white sand dunes and the crystalline sea makes Es Cavallet one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Don't miss it and don't forget to take the kids with you - at least on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

When thinking of hip restaurants in Ibiza, you don't necessarily think straight away of going there with your kids. But you definitely should think of going to Sa Punta in the bay of Talamanca. Owners Rodolphe and Rita Sachs are parents of two children themselves and have had some truly unique ideas for kids entertainment at their restaurant.

Every Sunday at lunch time the back terrace turns into an exciting playground with a trampoline and a bouncy castle. Two nannies are entertaining the kids with face paints, arts & crafts, drawing & painting and a lot more. The program for kids changes every week. The kids menu is delicious and even mum and dad may prefer the home made lemonade to a glas of wine at their Sunday lunch.

Sa Punta also organizes birthday parties for kids. Parties include a private space for children and adults, trampoline & bouncy castle, games and fun activities with a nanny, face paints, sack race, treasure hunt and more. Let the children enjoy home-made pizzas and cakes, ham & cheese sandwiches, mini chocolate croissants, fresh fruits and the legendary home-made lemonade. In Ibiza, ice-cream parlours are not on every corner. Therefore you should definitely make your way to Punto G which is located on the corner of Calle Laruda, right next to Hotel Garbi in Playa d'en Bossa.

Italian Chiara and her team offer us what is probably the best ice-cream in Ibiza. With fresh milk from Santa Gertrudis and only fresh and natural fruit and ingredients, mums & dads can be restassured that one can call this ice-cream healthy. Their fantastic quiches and pastries, crepes, fresh juices and not to forget the italian capuccino are an option in the unlikely event that you fancy something else than ice-cream.

Punto G offers a delivery service to homes and villas, too. For birthday parties, they are happy to prepare a cake - obviously made of nothing but ice-cream. Their home service also includes an ice-cream cart that can be rented for parties. The name is giving it away: Cardamom Club is an indian restaurant. In the centre of Santa Eulalia, formerly knows as "La Posada", the finca was built in the 1400’s in traditional ibicenco style, the restaurant is overlooked by the beautiful church on the hill. Warm summer nights may be enjoyed dining under a canopy of grape vines on the garden terrace, whilst cooler winter evenings may be spent near the cosy open fire with romantic candle-lit tables and an eclectic mix of background music. The old stone interiors have been spiced up with Indian fabrics, throws and plush red velvet curtain.

In the middle of Siesta you can find a family business for families. Samovar restaurant offers traditional german food as well as mediterranean style food. Owners Sigrid and Roland are proud grandparents of a 2-year-old themselves and therefore know what children need and want in a restaurant.

On the children's menu you can find german classics such as Wiener Schnitzel as well as fish dishes with pasta. The restaurant also has a pizza oven and we mustn't forget Roland's home-made ice-cream.

The children's corner offers entertainment for small guests with a rocking horse and - definitely a highlight for little boys - a rocking Ferrari. Older kids can keep themselves busy with a photoplayer, the pool table or a pin-ball machine.

Pura Vida beach club is different to other beach clubs on the island. Located at the family friendly Niu Blau beach between Santa Eulalia and Es Canar, it perfectly fills a gap in the market.
